I have only seen the Javan Langurs once from my many trips at attempting to photograph these magnificent creatures. They seem to hide so well, yet they are one of the vulnerable species on the planet.

The Javan Langurs or Javan Lutung population are declining. It is due to the all too common consequences of illegal pet trade, hunting and habitat loss.
